Atop this hill, your eyes will be greeted by a glowing circle etched into the earth, signaling the entrance to the Quirks beneath the Magic Tree. Approach this circle and engage with the plus symbol to access the Quirk rerolling menu. But before you proceed with rerolling, verify that your champion has an available Quirk slot in their interface to accommodate any new abilities you might acquire.

Persistence is vital to acquiring the Sniper Quirk in the Anime Champions Simulator, as it has a meager 0.33% Roll Chance. Although rerolling Quirks demands considerable time and a hefty sum of medals, the investment pays off handsomely, so you must keep rolling until you get it.
